The Eastern California Museum has a very unique and diverse collection reflecting the Native American heritage of the Owens Val ley and Inyo County: Paiute and Shoshone basketry, Owens Valley Brownware Pottery, beadwork, rabbitskin blankets, arrowheads and various archaeological materials.

The Owens Valley Native American Artifacts Fund has been created to improve and expand the exhibits that display and interpret this speciall selection.

A donor has already pledged $50,000 toward this cause, in honor of "O.K. Kelley and Anna Kelley".
